A fully accredited qualification developing the knowledge, understanding, and technical skills needed for a career as a personal trainer.
The course covers all elements needed to work effectively as a personal trainer, including anatomy and physiology, professional practice, health and fitness principles, and how to design and deliver personal training sessions. You will be able to structure programmes specifically targeted to individual client needs.
The course is delivered right here in Towcester at Wellbeing Fitness, Unit 4, Lucas Bridge Business Park, Old Green's Norton Road, NN12 8AX. Free parking is available directly outside the entrance. No commute required for Towcester residents.
The course starts Sunday 13th September 2026 and ends 15th November, with a half-term break on 11th and 18th October. Our January 2027 intake starts Sunday 17th January 2027 and ends 21st March 2027, with breaks on 14th and 21st February. Taught on 8 Sundays between 3.30pm and 8.00pm at Wellbeing Fitness, Towcester (NN12 8AX).
In addition to Sunday sessions, students are expected to complete homework via our special online hub.
To join you must be over 16 years old, physically able to perform the work, and have good communication skills. There is no upper age limit. Mature students are especially welcome.
No prior qualifications are necessary.
Unlike many training providers, you will be trained by a company at the heart of the industry, actively delivering personal training to real clients. As part of the course we hold regular clinics attended by our clients. Under supervision, you can put your new skills to the test and gain invaluable real-life experience.
